FLSmidth CEntry is industrial engineering firm, headquartered in Sandy, Utah. CEntry purchased the Salt Lake City office of Ford, Bacon & Davis Engineering Company in 1995. The company later became a wholly owned subsidiary of The Layton Companies until September 2008 when CEntry was acquired by Danish-based company, FLSmidth. Through this recent acquisition, CEntry joined the worldwide operations of FLSmidth Minerals and is now conducting business as FLSmidth CEntry.
