That alumina is then conveyed, stored, loaded on ships, unloaded, stored, and injected into alumina pot smelters by more FLSmidth Minerals equipment. Along the way, alumina pot liners are crushed in ABON sizers and treated in Fuller Rotary kilns. Finally, calciner and smelter dust is filtered in FLSmidth Airtech baghouses and AFT filter bags while Möller pneumatic systems collect, convey, and store it.
