FLSmidth Minerals supplies all the equipment needed to process iron ore and ferronickel ores, from crushers thru material handling and pyroprocessing. Fuller-Traylor gyratory crushers and Raptor cone crushers crush hard iron ore, while ABON sizers handle softer, sticky ores.

KOCH supplies stacker/reclaimers and loading stations, while KOCH conveyors move large quantities of iron ore over large distances. Our large mobile RAHCO conveyors reduce costs in overburden handling, and Fuller/FLSmidth rotary kilns are the first choice in ferronickel reduction systems. Dorr-Oliver and EIMCO Hi-Rate Thickeners, Flotation Cells, Disc Filters, and Horizontal Belt Filters help process iron ore and recover water that can be reused elsewhere in the plant.
