FLSmidth Minerals has been providing lime reburning kilns since 1905 and pioneered the development of flash dryer technology, including our patented gas recirculation system.
Today, we are the leading supplier of rotary kilns for the pulp and paper industry, having provided approximately 50 percent of the current kiln capacity throughout the world. We hold proprietary designs for kiln burner systems that burn natural gas, oil, non-condensable gases, and wood waste, ensuring economical fuel use independent of plant location.
In addition, we supply flue gas filtration with FLSmidth Airtech’s proprietary electrostatic precipitator and caustic scrubber technologies to reduce particulate and SO2 emissions.
