Depending on the scope of the audit you select to perform, our process specialists may visit your site to review current operating, maintenance, and testing procedures, gather data, take measurements when necessary, and interview plant personnel. If we supplied the mill originally, we will compare design specifications and actual conditions and evaluate differences that may affect productivity and availability.
We employ proprietary and partner analysis software and then review the reports to ensure that "technology" and "experience" agree on the best approach. Following your review and approval of the final report, we can arrange follow up visits to implement the upgrades and/or to provide proposals for the parts and services you select from the list of recommendations.

Finally, we help you develop a continuous improvement program based on incremental modifications that optimize the relationship between productive operation and scheduled maintenance shutdowns.
