6) SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: a. For Air Freight Shipments A copy of the commercial invoice and packing list must be attached to the Air Waybill that accompanies the shipment.
b. For Ocean Freight Shipments Please utilize an Express Bill of Lading whenever possible. If not, after shipment has been dispatched, promptly
courier a copy of the Commercial Invoice and 2/3 Original Bills of Lading to Armac Transportation Inc.
c. Preparation of Commercial Invoice (Must be in English) -Invoice to FLSmidth Minerals Inc. (attention of person that initiated the sample).
-Indicate Country of Origin of the goods
-Indicate “Goods are For Testing Purposes Only-Free of Charge-
No Commercial Value”.
-Declare a nominal value for U.S. Customs purposes only.
