Merco Rotary Strainers

Merco® Rotary Strainers are used for continuous screening of tramp oversize material. Slowly rotating brushes or scrapers remove oversize particles from the screen for discharge. Strainers are used for efficient, rapid straining of feed to centrifuges and other critical processing equipment where oversize particles are detrimental to operation. Our Rotary Strainers provide continuous 0-1000 gpm flows dependent upon a variety of screen openings. This motor driven, continuously cleaning strainer comes in various materials of construction. Available in 2, 4, 6 and 10 inch sizes.
