Jaw Crushers

Fuller-Traylor single and double toggle jaw crusher installations include some of the largest primary jaw crushers ever built. With over 500 successful installations, the Fuller-Traylor jaw crusher has been proven capable of withstanding the extreme conditions of the mining industry.
Both the single and double toggle jaw crushers are constructed of heavy duty fabricated plate frames with reinforcing ribs throughout. The crusher’s components are of high strength design to accept high power draw. Manganese steel is used for both fixed and movable jaw faces. Other jaw crusher features include the following:

Single Toggle
  • Split frame design for ease of underground service and installation
  • Large capacity, grease-injected, double-row spherical roller bearings
  • Labyrinth seals with separate automatic lubrication system
  • Heavy flywheels allow crushing peaks on tough materials

Double Toggle
  • Split frame design for ease of underground service and installation
  • Large capacity, heavy-duty, self-aligning, double-row, spherical roller bearings
  • Taconite seals with separate automatic lubrication system
  • Hydraulic toggle adjusting mechanism available
