We understand that an optimized mill and classifier circuit puts money back into a power plant's profits. Therefore, our systems are specifically sized to maximize plant efficiency through optimum limestone capacity and product fineness. In addition, low maintenance designs result in effective resource utilization.

Sold under the Traylor-Fuller brand, the FT Series ball mills are well suited for FGD system applications. In conjunction with our proven Krebs Hydrocyclones and slurry pumps, our single source systems deliver "on-spec" product to the scrubber.

Look to us also for such additional products as limestone day storage silos, weigh feeders, crushers, discharge recycle tanks with agitators, recycle pumps, valves, and instrumentation/control systems. In addition to the wet circuits, FLSmidth Minerals is experienced in dry limestone sorbent preparation systems. These systems typically make use of a rod mill in closed circuit with a vibrating screen to produce a controlled limestone product specification for direct boiler injection.
