Superthickeners / Caisson Thickeners

Our Dorr-Oliver and EIMCO Superthickeners have rotating rake assemblies supported on hydrostatic bearings which provide for "fail-safe" operations. The Caisson provides central housing and stations for underflow pumping and controls, eliminating the need for underflow tunnels. Superthickeners can range in size up to 500-feet (152m) in diameter.
